ABOUT WANDA

Wanda S Maxey is the published author of three books.

When her husband of thirty-two years passed away, lonely years loomed ahead.  So, eventually, she placed an ad on the internet. “Hopeful Heart Looking For Honest Guy.’

Mr. Right, or so she thought, answered her ad, “I never thought there were women like you still out there.”

His whirlwind romance put her far above cloud nine. She floated on cloud twenty. He promised to fill the remainder of her lonely days with the love she craved.

She married him.

The marriage took a heartbreaking turn on their wedding night. Several months later, while alternating between the good and the bad, the evil outweighed the good.  Her son rescued her at gunpoint.

  • Maybe you or someone you know is in an abusive relationship.
  • Maybe you cry a lot.
  • Maybe you are not sure what abuse is.
  • Maybe you can find help and hope through one of Wanda’s books.
